Coat Drive

Jordan Landing will again be collecting clean reusable coats and jackets this winter. In connection with One Warm Coat, all coats donated will be sent to the Salt Lake City Mission where they will be distributed to the homeless. For each coat you donate, you will receive a drawing entry form for a chance to win one of several great prizes.

Visit Santa's Workshop

Santa will be landing on December 12th with the West Jordan Fire Department in their ladder truck at 6:00 p.m. The event will include food, prizes, visits with Santa and special surprises. Don't miss it! Visit Santa and have your pictures taken with him in his local workshop! Don't forget to look for all the toys Santa has made over the last several decades. Santa's Workshop is located near Ruby Tuesday and Iggy's.

Spirit of Giving Tree

Jordan Landing is teaming up with the West Jordan Victim Assistance Program to help our friends in the community who are affected by domestic violence. Join us in bringing the spirit of Christmas into these homes by picking a name off the tree located at TJ Maxx.

Please have all gifts wrapped and labeled so we can keep track of what goes where! All gifts must be donated by December 19th and may be brought to the following locations:

- TJ Maxx, during business hours

- Jordan Landing Management Office, 7533 South Center Park Drive (next to Wells Fargo), from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- West Jordan Police Station, 8040 South Redwood Road (1700 South), 24 hours a day

If you don't have time to go shopping for a specific child's wish list, we also need several gift cards to Walmart or other grocery stores for these families to shop for their Christmas dinners. Please feel free to donate general gift cards to the program.

Other wish list items for the Victims Assistance Center include coloring and activity books, TV's and VCR/DVD players.
