The ice cream we make and serve at Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream is “Super-Premium,” which is the highest FDA quality ranking. The FDA does not have a higher quality ranking than that of Brooker’s ice cream. The FDA’s Super-Premium quality ranking is determined by the highest level of cream for creamy texture, lowest level of air for density, and highest quality level of ingredients. We make all of our own ice cream using our proprietary recipes which utilize real vanillas, real chocolates, real fruits, and other top level ingredients.

Additionally, Brooker’s only uses fine quality chocolates, cocoa powders, and other flavor ingredients to make its Early American Hot Drinking Chocolate. The drink called ‘hot chocolate’ in the United States today is a much thinner, weaker and watery drink made from artificial powders rather than chocolate like what was used by the Founding Fathers and their contemporaries.
